Show stopper!
When he first conceived of Windows NT, Cutler only dimly saw the path ahead. Building this most complicated of all PC software programs took him and his loyalists deep into the digital wilderness. For a time, it seemed as if they might never emerge whole from their adventure. Some lost pieces of themselves along the way. Others saw the arc of their lives cross the blurry border that marks the known from the unknown. And in the end, they grasped that every worthwhile creation is at once an act of love and an act of violence.
